Curiosity, with care.

A reward never overrides safety. Places, not people: never track or identify people, target strangers or children, watch private homes, trespass or enter restricted areas. Never film, photograph or type while operating a moving vehicle. Respect property, airport, worship-place and venue restrictions; text-only answers are fine.

Videm requests should focus on public places and can be handled safely, preferably when already nearby. Paid matching is not live and Videm is not an emergency service.
